Willis Janvier

Si Willis Janvier hushyé,  tthı̨́télaztúé hotsı, from La Loche, Saskatchewan, is a member of the Clearwater River Dene Nation on treaty 8 territory. 

Willis is Passionate about his Dene language and cultural foundation. As the first Dene Podcaster, Willis is actively trailblazing a pathway for the Dene language as a Linguistic artist. His Dene Yati Podcast reaches language learners and fluent speakers across Turtle Island. Willis’ charismatic nature and colourful personality reflects his positive lifestyle. Advocating for mental health and a holistic wellness approach is a passion of his.
